Maryland Nautical Sales, Inc. is now certified printing agent for OceanGrafix Charts-On-Demand™. Orders placed with Maryland Nautical forthese charts can now be printed at our location, at just four minutes printing time per chart. This process will ensure your receive the most up-date information available!

OceanGrafix, an experienced producer of digital print materials, has partnered with the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA) to provide commercial and recreational mariners with the most up-to-date nautical charts ever offered!

Charts are printed only after an order has been received, ensuring the most up-to-date information is applied at the time of printing.

All OceanGrafix charts have the following features:

1. Fully corrected:
   OceanGrafix uses cutting-edge digital technology to incorporate the latest NIMA and Coast Guard Notice to Mariners Corrections in every chart, as well as critical safety information known to NOAA in advance of its publication date, saving you valuable hand correction time and reducing errors.
   
   
2. Print-on-Demand / remote printing as you order:
   Your corrected, up-to-date chart is custom printed for you as you order, either by an authorized OceanGrafix Charts-on-Demand™ agent who has an OceanGrafix remote printer, or by OceanGrafix.
    
3. Chart agent network:
   OceanGrafix authorized chart agents have been carefully established across the U.S. They provide products and services to commercial and recreational mariners, serving both domestic and international needs.
    
4. How it work:
   NOAA cartographers regularly obtain advance copies of the weekly Notice to Mariners, add their own critical safety information, and digitally apply all updates to the charts. NOAA then transmits the up-to-date charts to OceanGrafix where they are printed.
   
   
5. Durable:
   Charts are available in water-resistant or laminated version that can handle wet, harsh environments. The tough coating resists abrasion and makes the charts easy to write on and erase.
    
6. Easy to read:
   Distinctive and brighter colors, made possible through digital printing, make OceanGrafix's charts easier to read under varying light conditions.
   
   
7. Supplemental Information:
   Charts-on-Demand are printed in either commercial or recreational versions and helpful supplemental information such as tide tables, bridge clearances, etc. are included in each version. Ask your OceanGrafix chart agent which version is best suited to your needs.
   
   
8. Customizable:
   Thanks to on-demand digital printing technologies you can add information specific to your needs, such as a company or organization logo, emergency contact or HAZMAT information, port information or company-specific frequencies.
