Abstract
This course aims to facilitate basic and advanced training that meets the mandatory minimum standards of competence for chemical tanker cargo and ballast operations using a simulator. This is in accordance with regulation V/1-1 of the STCW Convention and tables A-V/1-1-1 and A-V/1-1-3 of the STCW Code.
